Are all items unique?
Yes. Each garment presented is a unique piece, chosen by Manon. Once sold, it does not return.
How are condition and authenticity checked?
Manon inspects each item carefully before listing it online: seams, linings, labels, materials. The actual condition is always indicated in the description, including any defects.
Are the new prices displayed accurate?
These are the new catalog selling prices or the market reference prices when the item is no longer available. They are given as an indication only.
Delivery & returns
What are the shipping times?
Your items are shipped within 48 business hours, carefully packed in a nice pouch. Delivery is carried out according to the terms of the Vinted platform.
Can I return an item?
Yes. In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense; the item must be returned in its original condition. See the GTC for details.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
If a defect was not mentioned in the listing, please contact me by email: we will find a suitable solution together (discount, replacement, refund) in accordance with legal guarantees.
Consign my clothes
How does it work?
You fill out the online consignment form. Manon will get back to you within 24 business hours: if your items match the store's positioning, she will send you a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt, she sorts, photographs, and sells your items. You receive your share by bank transfer within 8 days of each sale.
What items are accepted?
Éthique et chic is a selective boutique: it mainly accepts items from designers and premium brands, in very good condition (women's clothing and accessories, clean, ironed). Estimated minimum resale price: €20 per item.
What is the commission scale?
Aligned with Dresskare's, in tiers: 40% of the sale price for you below €30, 50% between €30 and €60, 60% between €60 and €150, 80% above €150.
What if my items are not accepted?
If part or all of your proposal does not exactly match the store's positioning, Manon will respond to you by email. Your items may very well find buyers on other second-hand platforms.
What happens to unsold items?
Upon expiration of the mandate (3 months, renewable once), Manon will return them to you upon request. Failing return, and with your prior agreement, they may be donated to a partner association.
